Birthday Lunch

We were in York today for Immy's 19th birthday. Rosie, Annie and I met Immy and boyfriend Ollie for a birthday lunch in the middle of the old city. It was great to catch up and the food was excellent (thanks to TripAdvisor for the recommendation!).

Close to our friends in York stands Holgate Mill. The mill has an interesting history. Today it stands in the middle of a housing estate but has been beautifully preserved. Can't miss a good windmill.

An easy drive back home, the M1 is much easier on a Saturday afternoon.
