Comfort......!

Just back Blipping this pic from yesterday....
I practically fell into a chair beside this very nice fireplace yesterday after my ear procedure...
The procedure gives me vertigo lying down which makes me fairly dizzy and shaky when I stand up...
But they are very good to me bringing me tea and biscuits to settle my nerves!!!
It all went well...there was a huge build up of ‘gunge’ In my ear and while it feels like having the inside of your head pulled out through your ear, it is a reasonably quick procedure...not nice but not long.....he’s not going to operate right away..I’ll see him in a months time and he’ll have a better idea then..
I can also hear a good deal better today..
Also ..the man in the portrait is the man who was responsible for building the hospital, many years ago now and I think it was one of the first private facilities in Ireland..
