River Limmat

Urban hiking today. Walked from the Zurich city centre along to the river Limmat to the Wertinsel and on the other side back. It is still too cold for swimming but people were already sunbathing. Two stops in between to drink a local beer and eat xhomemade pie. Suntanned and tired back home at 7pm. Grilled spiny lobster and mixed salad with a French white (Quincy, Les Poête, 2014). Fresh goats cheese and spelt bread afterwards. Ripe raspberries and black chocolate with a coffee and cognac for dessert.
