Patience....

Treated myself to this stunning new orchid....it was only $15 ... how could i refuse....it is of course so much larger than seen here :P

Also found a fabulous pair of summer type pants, $6 at Value Village but they were too long!   We own an old sewing machine, which i don't think i've ever used....so how hard could it be to hem these lovely pants!!!!   Ha....an hour later, Terry and I still figuring why it wasn't working...finally.....got the thing working and hemmed the pants in minutes.   That crazy place where you have to put the bobbin....i just don't have nimble hands for such procedures......but between us we managed!  I really am not good with such fiddly little jobs.....give me a big hunk of clay anytime!!!

Rainy day here....so now to do some back exercises!
