A cup of tea at the end of a long and busy day :-)

I just got back from a spinning class - first one in a long time....I remember now how tough they are AND how good I feel afterwards :-)

Work is a bit crazy right now - thank goodness I have such super colleagues. And today while I was teaching and my class and I were having a great discussion about an ACLU video, I was struck by how glad I am that I teach, and get to spend time with young people. I cant imagine an office job...I would miss the craziness :-)

Work, dinner with friends, and a spinning class....good Tuesday :-)
