A soaking

Well, slightly different conditions to our walk a couple of weeks ago!

Still, really enjoyable company, barely a breeze, a cafe and a cuckoo most definitely calling.  I'd been wondering whether I was hearing things the other day but he's arrived!  

All three of us were soaked on the outside, damp on the inside and a little chilled by the time we'd caught the train home. But, satisfied that we'd got out and had a natter.
