The peculiarities of dogs

And he's being most peculiar on our walks at the moment!

Every time we hit a path "junction" he stops and watches me as I walk in the direction I want to go. And he'll watch, and watch, and watch. Then when I'm nearly all the way over the field he decides to hurtle after me. And this is at every junction! He used to occasionally wait 30 seconds if he fancied going another way to me, but this waiting malarky has never been as often or for as long as at the moment.

And why oh why every time you decide you want a picture of them away from you they're like limpets? Had to spend several minutes encouraging him to walk on ahead of me when I was trying to get this!

Still love him though.
