A quieter day

I took this photo of the morning sunlight coming through the drapes and blinds from my East-facing window, which suddenly appeared when Minkelina jumped out from the window sill.  So it was a pleasant surprise to learn that the AT challenge this week is "lines."  Then I worked the image so that the lines were emphasized.

I want to apologize for my rant yesterday, but sometimes I just need to vent.  You may be pleased to know that the hospital social worker has told us she will be working with the DSHS caseworker (since May is now on Medicaid for long-term care) to find appropriate residential situations for her.  Then we will just have to visit them and decide which would suit best.  It's an enormous relief to know that we don't have to do the search again.
