They don’t stay around for long

The tulip petals are starting to fallen. They are so transient. The parrot tulips seem to last longer.

When David passed away I was going to scatter his ashes in Scotland. He regretted moving us to England and I was going to let him return. But I don’t want to be apart from him. I’ve bought a geo urn for his ashes. The funeral directors are going to put his ashes in the urn. I’m then going to put the urn in a planter and plant an Acer for him. I can then take him with me when I move. I’m rather emotional thinking about it.

I’m going away for the weekend so I’ve got lots to do. You’ll see where tomorrow.
