Sharp Tor

I was out with the local walking group today on Dartmoor.  It was a lovely varied walk starting from Two Bridges and heading up onto the moor via Dr Blackalls Drive where we had great views of Sharp Tor and Mel Tor.  After a coffee break in a stone circle surrounded by Dartmoor ponies we headed towards Leusdon Church for an early lunch.  Then it was back down to the River Dart and a stroll along it to our starting point.  A great varied walk with an assortment of weather starting in heavy rain that quickly stopped followed by outbreaks of sun throughout the day, more rain and even a hail storm.
