Mr Rat's run

Still back-blipping
Whinlatter parkrun - not for those who like it flat! I ran, Mr Rat time-kept.
Then I drove him to Stair in Newlands and left him to run over the hills in the pic (anti-clockwise) and I returned to Mum's to do some errands.
I took the opportunity to walk out toward Portinscale to get the view of the Newlands hills - but couldn't see any runners (wonder why not!!).
After lunch I went up Castlehead, just a short walk form the house, and saw the hills from another angle, as well as plenty more. If you're in Keswick on a clear day it's worth the short climb for the views in all directions.
