A Tramp in the Hills

The day started with a consultation at the vet’s in Kirkwall about Bibs’ leg - no further statements will be issued.

We then took S and G along to the Orphir Kirk Cafe.  There were three (count them) Blippers present!!  One had specially floated in on the Flotta boat.

In the afternoon CMC went to work in the Stromness Cats’ Protection shop so I took myself up into the hills.  I went up Ward Hill, Mid Hill, Gruf Hill and the Hill of Midland.  On the way home I walked past the Orkney Saga Centre and was able to confirm the rumour swirling around the Parish - the galley is back in  front of the Centre.
