Nuthatch...

...or half of one anyway.

This afternoon Margaret and I went of to Lackford Lakes near Newmarket. more for a walk around than serious bird watching.  I did get this photo of a Nuthatch coming down for some peanuts. At Lackford Lakes there is a place where people leave food for the birds, they have become very bold and don't seem to mind people being quite close.

It does make a opportunity to get photos of birds that would be quite difficult otherwise.
