Up the Pole (Hill)

Pole Hill is where the Greenwich 0 degree meridian line passes.  About 100 yds behind this photo is the monument that once was used in the sighting of the meridian telescope at Greenwich.  The view across the Lee valley takes in Enfield.  The light rectangular building to the left of the large flats in the centre is this.  You might be able to make out the two cranes.
