Denwick Paolozzi

I think the sculptor Eduardo Paolozzi would have liked this stack on the north coast of Deerness, I am always reminded of his brutalist works when I walk here.
The spring migration of birds is under way and I was out looking to see what was about. I walked from Lighthouses corner along to the Covenanter's Memorial, then along the coast and eventually back to the start. My first warblers of the season- a blackcap and two chiffchaffs and a couple of wheatears were seen amongst lots of other birds.
