Geese

The one on the right looks like he's about to fall over - but he didn't ;-)

There was no a lot happening on the park.  It wasn't that early, around 08:45, but lots of the birds seemed to still be asleep.  I've not seen the kingfishers for ages.  There was a woodpecker somewhere in the woods, but it was camera shy and I couldn't find it.

And so I made my way back home.  I guess I am quite lucky with where I live - the walk to the park is across fields and then down a path by the stream, and the walk back is, for the first part, as in the extra.  There is a short stretch on a main road after that, but then the route goes through another park and then down a path by the railway.
