WideAngle Wednesday: Movement

I gave the friend who's been staying with us a lift to the airport this morning, for his flight back home to the USA.

On the way back I took the opportunity to capture a wide-angle shot of "movement", panning the camera as this car passed by. It took me several shots to get the effect I wanted; I was impressed with the Olympus as you can switch off horizontal image stabilisation whilst leaving on vertical stabilisation, and this really seemed to help.
