Too hot!

Another lovely day!  We are so lucky at the moment, with sunny days one after another.  After a morning in the garden and walking Ollie, I spent the afternoon helping H.  Amongst other things we filled several one tonne bags with rolls of haylage for the ponies.  This means she can just take out the required number each day, rather than having to pull the haylage off the huge round bale.  It's a great time and energy saver.

We took Beau and Holly for a great ride out afterwards, the perfect day to be out on a horse.  Super views from up on the hill, but tricky taking photos at a canter!

Came home to find that the temperature in the "satsumary" was sky high!  The old sewing machine was too hot to touch!!  The weather station has a max/min on it which showed it had reached 55 deg C!  And I see we still haven't got round to changing the setting to BST . . . !
