Hugging The Hills
It's been a while since i have felt some semblance of a photographic mojo really dancing inside of me....I am struggling......always so much to do and then BOOM ........it's dark before you know it and no blip yet.....where do the bloody days go?
The clouds have been doing some weird and wonderful things as the days have gotten cooler and it's been promising to rain for some time. It's like they hug the hills/mountains and spill over in a waterfall type way.....they have changed every time I get to have a glimpse at them...always so graceful and elegant sporting different personalities ....or rather........well I am not sure how to explain it.
Often when I look at a sky or a wave there is a feeling of sweetness....anger......ambling along...I am sure you get the picture.....i definitely have an emotional response to how the sky looks........ahhh I think I am tying myself in knots trying to explain...I will stop now.
The boy goes back to school next week...I am thinking that things might fall back into a more peaceful groove......that doesn't mean to say that I wont miss him though.
Always good to remember these words of wisdom from Mr Robbins.....
“Our lives are not as limited as we think they are;
the world is a wonderfully weird place;
consensual reality is significantly flawed;
no institution can be trusted, but love does work;
all things are possible; and we all could be happy and fulfilled if we only had the guts to be truly free and the wisdom to shrink our egos and quit taking ourselves so damn seriously.”
