A&E Visit

Well it has been a long day today what started out as having joiners in the loft ripping out the old floor ready for new loft insulation and a new floor was all finished for lunch then I thought put the feet up and have a cuppa before Sandra arrived home only to be informed by workmates and Sandra herself that she had taken not well on the trip back from Leeds to Edinburgh and was doubled up in pain so with great teamwork from our onboard staff and Sandra's manager they got her onto the train back to Kirkcaldy and I would pick her up there the Scotrail driver big Ali who is a great mate as we worked together back in our freight days provided Sandra with pain killers on the trip and the Scotrail gaurd stayed with her till I met her at the station so thanks to all the railway staff from all companys for helping her it is a great community feeling within railstaff a bit like Blip actually and thanks to my Driver manager for changing my holiday leave over late last night at short notice anyhow Sandra was experiencing Appendicitis like symptoms so a load of tests being done so she started on Paracetomal from big Ali then Tramadol and then a double dose of Morphine to kill the pain she will be getting an ultrasound scan and xrays in the morning but the Doc said it may be appendicitis but he is thinking it may be something to do with the reproductive tubes possibly as on a woman in the area of the appendix there is a plethora of things that could give pain in that area as with men there are not as much things in that area so its a little easier to diagnose but harder in females so more tests will hopefully get her back on the road to recovery so this blip is of Sandra not long after the Morphine kicked in but will keep everyone updated on how she does
