Friday pm

Not a great blip day, but I decided to take a short bike ride along the river Linnet into town and back(Bury St Edmunds) just to stretch the legs after yesterdays walk, I managed to reach the breathtaking speed of 17.5 mph.
I had taken the precaution of wearing a protective helmut just in case of an accident with the twigs or dog p...o laying on the footpath.
My bike is fitted with anti-puncture and anti-slip "hybrid tyres" but they are no match for some of the deposits that I have seen on the path, an accident of this magnitude could be very damaging to ones self and the bike!!
