I have done it before, but usually in soil.
I haven't done a LOT today. It's 22:46 and my pace total is a miserably 706 paces, so I'm guessing crawled paces don't count.
The Knee struck at mid p.m. It struck with sufficient ferocity I find it easier/FAR faster/less painful to crawl from room to room.
Lady Doc with double barreled name set me up for an X-Ray 10:00 upon the morrow - we shall SEE.
