Second Hand Emotion

Aw.

A Blip birthday makes you consider.  I considered all things Blip and what blip has meant to me, and what it has done for me.

Friendship is one thing -  I can't list you all, but you know who you are.  Some I've met, but some ... we're virtual. :-)

Laughter, love, life, smiles, tears. All here.

One of my virtual friends said tonight, "you've made me laugh and cry", and I said, "i'm not sure I meant to", and she said, "It's always when I need one or the other".

Blip for me has changed as my life has changed, other things have taken my focus and I stopped opening my heart as much as I had, and opted to the point and shoot and comment.

Do you remember Amalarian?  Molly?  Molly spent a good couple of hours on Blip every day - communicating with people, sharing their joy and the fears, and their happiness.  Her last blip has almost 30,000 blips now  - I still miss her, and her wise and chiding ways.   But  think I will aim to be more like Molly.

The world would be a better place if we all aimed to be a little "more like Molly" every day.

In the meantime, enjoy the beautiful blossom from Plot No 1 at the Allotment.  I have severe allotment envy  - his black bamboo, his plum tree, his honeysuckle.... and now, his pond, and his patio.

And also - for a special treat.  enjoy the Rainbow which featured on the BBC Weather  - :-)   I nearly gret looking at that.

And thank you for the love yesterday.
