The science of cream teas

A very interesting afternoon discovering the science behind cream teas.  Experiments with gluten,pectin.raising agents, and making plastic from milk.  Lots of info about molecules and atoms that took me back many many years!!!.  Oh and of course we had a cream tea too.  This was all organised by Wiltshire Women's Institute and was very popular.
