Canadian geese on the ice

I caught these two Canadian geese taking a snooze on frozen Lake Harriet while waiting for ice out. I'm sure they're as baffled as we are by this very late spring.
It looks worse than it is. The temperature is about 70 degrees and the ice is melting fast.
Spring has finally arrived and I was doing the happy dance all around the lake.
