The House Project

Apparently it rained a lot while we were away. So much so that the wall between our neighbour's land and our "house project's" garden gave way and our nice new fence tumbled down onto his land. I hope he did not have a car parked there at the time. Insurance company claim has gone in. We have had a quote of £25k to shore up the bank and we are not sure who's responsibility it is.  This project has been beset with so many delays I cannot believe we have another one.
