I spent today relaxing because I was worn out. The heat and humidity make everything seem like more effort than it should be.

The heat and humidity are unbelievable. I never appreciated air conditioning until I came here. Every morning, it’s sunny and humid. The temperature is well into the thirties. In the early afternoon, it clouds over. More often than not, it rains. If it rains, there’s a good chance it’ll thunder. After the rain, it’s cooler, but the sun evaporates it quickly, increasing the humidity. Today, it thundered. Once it got close, I went back inside.
