Heisenberg is back

I was hoping to get a better photo of our now resident hedgehog, but I didn't want to disturb him and even at 10pm he was still lazing in his comfortable house. We call him Heisenberg because last year it was always uncertain whether he would be in his house when we looked in the morning. He only seemed to stay every other day. We are also uncertain whether he is actually a he or maybe a she. I checked this morning and he is here again, so that's two days in a row.

I bought this hedgehog house last year when he was inadvertently evicted from our rockery when we had the garden redesigned. We hadn't even known he was there, and with the new garden there was nowhere for him to hide.

He didn't hibernate with us over the winter, but I'm pleased he's back.
