The Rhodo Art Show

I have been rabbiting on about this Blackheath Rhodo Festival for some while, but I have not actually SHOWN you any of it. Well, over the next week or two, my blips will feature images from various of the events. I hope you'll find them interesting.

A major feature of this 60 year old Festival is the annual Art Show which is in its 44th year. Some 180 works are displayed in eight different categories. First and Second cash prizes are awarded in each section together with a few "Highly Commendeds". This image features crops from six of the works on display.

All paintings and drawings are for sale, prices ranging to many thousands of dollars. Visitors to the show can vote for a "People's Choice Award".
