Moving on?

Our Minister - Scott McKenna - at church today announced that he has agreed to a call to Tiree. He has to preach there and be approved by the congregation. As Scott admits himself some of his sermons are not always orthodox so there is always a chance they might say no.

But I doubt It. Scott’s sermons are always interesting and well referenced drawing on other religions’ traditions and cultures for comparison. He and his family have been with us for nearly 18 years so his departure when it happens will be sorely felt.

Rest of the day was spent clearing space at home for the delivery of more things for the building works. Walked I miles in the house over the day!!
