Swim

I downloaded an app on my phone, on which I can count calories, record what I eat and record my exercise. The app is free and ive done it a bid to avoid needing to sign on at weight watchers. If it works, and I can find the willpower to stick with it, then it will save me £££s and hopefully help me lose lbs.

Work was up and down, but good to escape at 4.30. I got home in time to go to the pool/gym with Jon, where I swam 40 quick lengths. Then I took a walk up the road a bit to take a photo of The Links, in West Runton which is where we swim and gym. I read my book for a bit waiting for the boys to finish.

We aren't doing much this evening. I have a bit of sewing, so I may do that, but the tv is on so a relaxed evening.
