When in doubt . . .

. . .  bake cake!  More gardening, thanks to the ongoing sunshine.  Sowed beans and peas, but trying to get the fleece over them in the rising wind was a bit of a struggle!  

Friend B gives me her gardening magazines and all the free seeds.  A lot of them have to be sown in seed trays in a warm place, which I have neither the time nor room to do at the moment, but the annual seeds which can be sown where there are to flower, I emptied out into an envelope, shook them up and sowed them as a bit of a mixture.  I'm not sure what will emerge, but it will be a nice surprise whatever grows!

And I make a cake, a very moist lemon drizzle, because it is always handy for emergencies, even blip ones!
