All Done

When you are young your parents in their 30’s seem old.
When you arrive in your 30’s your parents seem ancient.
When you arrive at 60 your children and grandchildren think you are Father Time.
Today is the day, although I have yet to reach the magical 65, (days away), I have finished my working life, not completely but regular paid employment is no more.
Having been spoilt with leaving gifts both by friends and colleagues 1530 arrived and my good friends Jon and Chris came to lead me to The Shed for a cocktails and beer leaving run which lasted seven and a half hours.
There were many highlights but I was overjoyed by the arrival of my son Joshua who joined his sister Samantha in surprising me.

A memorable day.
