Mead in heaven

Nana bought some used bee keeping kit at an auction recently and one of the tubs turned out to contain a vast quantity of honey.  I thought I'd try my hand at mead-making...  this is the honey melting from its crystalline form whilst I make the "must".  It's now "plopping" gently away as it ferments.  Can't wait  'till August to find out how it turns out...
