Reuben

Today we drove to South Yorkshire for an overnight stay with friends who used to live in Belgium, but moved back to the UK about 3 years ago. Since they moved back we've met up in Paris and Manchester, and they've also been back to Belgium to stay with us.

When we arrived they had a champagne lunch waiting for us and we had a nice relaxing afternoon catching up. Then tonight we walked to the local village pub and had a fantastic meal.

My blip tonight is of Reuben their miniature Schnauzer - he had been fast asleep on the sofa and I love this shot of him with his eyes focused on the garden. He had heard the word 'Cat' so was just checking that there weren't any predators in his garden. He's quite a character!
