Bombing about.

Not as warm at the last two days but very pleasant nonetheless. Saw quite a few of these (Bombus terrestris) resting or in trouble (this one I picked up and gave some jam before leaving it on the lavender). Maybe the lower temperature was having an effect or more probably, the sudden hot spell has woken them before the plants have quite caught up and there's a bit of a food shortage.
