Beach light

The entrance to Tate St Ives is a grand circular affair looking on to Porthmeor Beach. The architects have put mirrored glass around the entrance which reflects the light and the view of the beach into the gallery space to wonderful effect. Thoroughly enjoyable visit to the gallery including a thoughtful exhibition inspired by the writing of Virginia Woolf.
