Sweet Violet!

Went looking for specimens to paint tomorrow. Found Violets, Primroses, Celandine, Golden Saxifrage, Wood Anemone, Wood Sorrel, Daisies and Daffodils. Everything seems to have been waiting for the good weather and burst into leaf and flower.
Wandered up to Grant's Fort, in the extra, where there were lots of Primroses. The site of the fort is right of the notch.
