Time will heal

This clock is very special, it was given to me many years ago by a very good friend of mine, thank you Lois, every time I look at it I think of her.

Today I took the washing out out of the machine and put it into the dryer as it was drizzling with rain. 
When I went to get up I had a severe pain in my lower back, at the moment fortunately it is not too painful sitting in the leather chair and I have taken some pain killers, but getting up and down and walking is very difficult.
I am hoping it will go off very soon, as we are due to go to Woking on friday which is a 250 mile trip.
