Trastavere

We started Sunday morning looking for a flea market and didn't quite find it. We then wandered over to Trastavere, an increasingly hip neighbourhood. Maybe it was the fact that it was Sunday that we saw more people in religious vestments and eating gelato (sometimes at the same time). We came across another statue by Timothy Schmalz, another homeless Jesus - very moving.

Oh, the gelato just gets better and better.
