... approaching Bay of Biscay. Very rough seas, ship rolling all over the place I felt very queasy, took my motion sickness tablets during the day, lots of ginger ale and mint tea too! Not well enough to do crafts today ... even went to sleep for the afternoon ...
Well enough by evening to have a proper dinner, carried on with tablets, early night after watching old episodes of "Silk" on cabin tv ...
