Back home.

Lapwings were very close to the road today busy feeding.

I watched the FA Cup Semi Manchester United 2 Spurs 1 - quite a good match first half but Spurs faded or United defended well or both in the 2nd half. 

In the evening we watched an old Dalziel and Pascoe episode called On Beulah Height - I remember reading the book years ago and I must have seen the TV dramatisation before BUT I did not remember where it was filmed.  It included paths and roads I used and views I saw this week at Hartsop, Brotherwater, Glenridding and there was even a shot of the Kirkstone Pass that showed to spot I took yesterday's Blipfoto - What a strange coincidence.
