Racer

We were joined round the pool this morning by quite a long black racer snake which had somehow got inside the cage and couldn't get out again. 

The boys weren't around, Tash (new daughter-in-law) doesn't like snakes so dilemma. All I really wanted was a picture!! Tried to multitask by pushing it gently with a pool brush towards a door jammed open with a plant pot and take a picture at the same time. Not easy :)) Not liking the brush too much it shook it's tail rather like a rattler without the rattle, eventually slithering out into the garden, so result.
