I'd like to say it's a chincherinchee but they don't appear to come in blue so maybe it's not

Whatever it is it's just opening up now which was handy as I'd not taken a photo all day so had a bumble around the garden looking for a handy subject.

Then I hammered it with Topaz Studio :)
