PRIMA BALLERINA

The ostrich at Wuelmersen.
In the morning I worked in the garden, so nice in the sunny weather.
I suggested Piet Hein that we could go in the afternoon to Trendelburg, see if the camels were in the field, or if not, if we could find them in Sielen, where I thought their home was.
But first we rested a bit and let the hottest hour go by.
In Trendelburg we bought food stuff in the Edeka, and followed the road to where we had seen often enough the camels. The fields were empty.
We drove further to Sielen.
In the extra I show a wall painting, and in it you see the river Diemel, the camels, and the storks. That is what Sielen makes famous!
We found the place where we once had seen the camels, but did not see any. The storks however were sitting on their high nests, and we saw one flying high in the air.
Back to Trendelburg and to Wuelmersen for a walk along the Diemel, in the shadow. In Wuelmersen the ostrich live, and we saw lots of them.
This time of the year is the most wonderful for a walk, the amazing green leaves make everything fairy tale land like.
So two extra fotos of Wuelmersen.

So silly of me to expect to show here silly camels!

Thank you all so much for appreciating my Little turtoise shell butterfly photo.
Thank you for the gentle comments, stars and hearts.
