Advantage

I took advantage of the decent weather to go out for a spin along the coast over teatime/early evening. I rolled out to Aberlady, sat on that bench for a few minutes looking at the sea and then came home again. I hadn't got to Aberlady particularly quickly so didn't really think I'd been pushed along, but the return leg was a right old slog into a headwind all the way - how does that happen then? It wasn't a big ride but I was really pretty tired by the time I got back.

So much so that as I sat at the laptop later finishing updating all this stuff I virtually fell asleep over the keyboard. Not quite what I envisaged.
