Sky at night

It's now dark when I get home from work, so i'm going to have to think of more creative things to take photos of. Tonight however the sky was crazy, with a full moon....just in time for halloween.

Work was busy today, first day of my on call week, hopefully it will be a quiet one. Had lunch with my dad today, he treated me as payment for me cutting his hair tonight. He had a teary moment at lunch....it still just comes on unexpectedly I'm so very proud of him though.

Drove dad home and cut his hair, so he is happy again now. He had collected all of mum's baking stuff together for me to take home. It's strange looking through it all, knowing that she and I will never revel in each others baking triumphs again.....

Got home and Carl had put up the curtain pole in the dining room today, so 8 months after moving into our house we can finally hang curtains....yippee! Made a very yummy dinner tonight. I made chicken kiev's, they were much appreciated by Carl. I may still bake some bread tonight. Carl is laid curled up sleeping on the sofa now, so will get the bread going and then jump in the shower. Can't wait to snuggle up in bed under our nice toasty duvet. 4 more days until the weekend!
