Maize

At this time of year maize is generally scarce, so we grow some early for the market.
It will be eaten from the cob (like corn on the cob) and generally be profitable.
This crop is doing very well and is grown without inorganic fertilizer or chemical pesticides.
It ticks all the boxes and that's what we aspire to.
