how time flies

It's hard to believe our 25 days here in California have already come to an end. Hubby, hound, and I are all packed up to make the drive back to Colorado starting tomorrow. We are so grateful for the rest of being away from the routine at home, and the renewal of playing with friends in sunny, colorful Oceanside. And yet, we are ready to pick up where we left off back home...because there is no place like home!
In extras, I posted a beautiful wildflower I saw on the way home from snapping the flying pelicans at the beach. I will miss the brilliant colors here until Colorado greens up in a few months!
