Surf’s Down

After a gloriously sunny day in Yorkshire we headed west even though the forecast was not as promising.
Woke up to a misty morning but you could just tell the sun would burn it off and it did.
Walked into Abersoch, looked at the changes since last season : new ice cream parlour, hairdressers closed down etc.
Big changes on the beach too after the harsh winter had done some damage.
Coffee at our favourite place and Mr P bought a new cap, just what he had been looking for.
Back at the caravan we got out the sunloungers and spent a pleasant hour soaking up our Vitamin D on the deck.
Went to a different beach in the evening, expecting to have it to ourselves but there were a handful of faithful surfers enjoying the last waves of the day.
